08/27/2014 - Container Manager Module for Matrix Tracker Software

Container Manager is a barcode ready module for the Matrix Gemini Sample Tracker software from Autoscribe Informatics, which allows full traceability and tracking of re-usable sample containers and samples through the production/laboratory/sampling process. 08/27/2014 - NSF International Expands Use of Industry Leading Thermo Scientific Watson LIMS to Optimize Bioanalytical Testing

Global public health and safety organization NSF International has expanded the use of Thermo Scientific Watson LIMS, the industry’s leading bioanalytical LIMS (laboratory information management system), to its laboratory in Bristol, Connecticut. NSF International’s Health Sciences division is one of the largest international contract research organizations (CRO), with a network of laboratories throughout North America, Europe, Latin America, and Asia.

08/13/2014 - Request for Demos - ACILT LIS

The Association of Public Health Laboratories is requesting interested LIMS providers to submit a demo of their LIMS to be provided to attendees at the 2nd Global LIS Course organized in Johannesburg from September 15 – 18, 2014. The LIS Course is co-presented by the African Center for Integrated Laboratory Training, the Association of Public Health Laboratories (APHL), and the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention. In 2013, the first year the course was held, 18 countries participated, many of which are interested in implementing LIMS in their nations. Therefore an opportunity to view a LIMS demo at this forum is beneficial to both attendees and LIMS providers.
